MATT HUNT
Matt Hunt is the Lead Pastor of CrossLife. Matt has led CrossLife through the journey of starting a new church with Helensvale and Southport, and then overseeing the planting of the Upper Coomera campus with our community centric venues: the Lakeside Community Precinct and The Well. Matt is chair of Compassion Connection Ltd and Compassion Services Ltd.
Matt was born in Sydney and practiced law before he moved into vocational Christian ministry. He is a past Chair of the Crusader Union of Australia and Malyon College, and a past member of the SIM National Council and the Morling College Council. He is married to Robyn and they have three sons, Stephen who is married to Gabby, James who is married to Nicole, and, Ben. In 2020 James and Nicole had Matt and Robyn’s first grandson, Judah and their second, Zion, in 2022, seeing the family begin to increase to the third generation.

Dale is the campus pastor at the Helensvale Campus of CrossLife. He is a musician and has a history of music ministry in church as well as extensive youth,
young adults and sports ministry. Dale became campus Pastor at Helensvale in 2021.
He is married to Jalane and they have two children: Parker and Adaline. He was born in Brisbane and enjoys history, sports and baked goods.
Dale holds a Bachelor of Ministry, Bachelor of Education & Masters of Theology. He is an avid reader. Dale loves Jesus and has a passion for others to know Him as well.

Jim joined CrossLife Southport in 2009 as the Youth Pastor, and became the Southport Campus Pastor in 2014. He loves Jesus and longs for every person to discover the message of the gospel.
Jim and his wife Christie have four beautiful children; Chloe, Ezra, Micah and Elijah. They are all very close in age which makes life exciting but hectic! Before serving in ministry, Jim worked in Human Resources for a manufacturing company in Victoria. Growing up in Melbourne, Jim has a love for AFL, and misses watching his AFL team live! He loves spending time at the beach, in the garden, and time with family.

Stefan is the campus pastor at the Upper Coomera Campus of CrossLife. Stefan grew up in the Youth Ministry at the Helensvale campus and enjoyed it so much he eventually applied to become the Youth Pastor in 2006 after completing a Cert IV in Youth Work and a Bachelor of Ministry. When CrossLife merged with Southport in 2012 and simultaneously established our Upper Coomera Campus, Stefan moved into his current role.
Stefan is married to Belinda and they have four children: Elijah, Ava, Elliana and Eden with whom he loves to have a good laugh, play board games very loudly, point to Jesus and build the occasional box of Lego. Stefan also enjoys a good movie, basketball and walks along the coast line.
